Yes, as if you didn’t get enough of my big mouth squawking and ranting on Twitter (we will never call it “X”) I’m now writing here too. I know, I’m sorry. We’ll see how long this lasts

1. Why this, why now

Aidan (that’s SocDoneLeft to you, only I can call him Aidan, thank you very much) bullied me into making this account like two years ago. I was always making long Twitter threads and basically lived on that website. He saw the potential in me, idk. This has sat dormant for a long time but I’m ready now, I think, idk still really. I haven’t been a streamer for a long time now and I wasnt even a tweeter for a like a year (long story) and I think I was sort of mentally and emotionally adrift for awhile. I’d like to re-anchor. I love politics and I love posting. I think this is an avenue I’d like to finally explore - I never could adhere to 280 characters and think long form expression is my natural inclination anyway, plus I like the idea of easily linkable/demonstrable proof for my arguments.

2. You

Hi, how’s it going - will this be for you? What am I going to talk about here? Probably mostly what I talk about on the bird app: feminism, the Trump administration, trans rights, sex work, black liberation, monied interests, class warfare, the levers of power, fascism, socialism, populism, the Democrats. Maybe economics, maybe the DSA, maybe historical stuff? This is a leftist blog, expect leftism!

3. Output

I gotta be honest with you guys - you know I’m God’s most ADHD riddled soldier. I would say “oh, i’ll post on Wednesdays” but we both know I wont; I can’t even maintain a regular streaming schedule and that was like, actually my job. I’m not going to over-promise and under-deliver, so what I will do is just say I’ll post when I can and do my best. I’m going to try and keep myself engaged and accountable with this but I am also juggling the stream and the onlyfans and again - I have never been organized or on time or put together for anything in my life. This is going to be something I do for me because I enjoy it, probably won’t even include a paid option as it feels weird to charge people when I know there most likely won’t be consistent output.

The first thing I’m working on is a deep dive into Trump’s nominees and former administration officials with sexual assault, rape, or sexual misconduct allegations and why Matt Gaetz is being put forth for AG because of them.
